⭐ Refund & Return Policy

Because every pen and keychain is handmade and often custom-designed, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:

    •    Contact us within 48 hours

    •    Include a clear photo of the damage and the packaging

    •    We will happily work with you on a replacement if the issue qualifies

If we make a mistake on your custom order, we will fix it at no extra cost.

⭐ Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within:

    •    1–3 business days for ready-made items

    •    1–4 business days for custom orders

We ship using:

    •    USPS First Class Mail

    •    USPS Priority Mail

    •    Bubble mailers with protective padding

Once your package is handed to USPS:

    •    Delivery delays are out of our control

    •    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

    •    We will help you file a USPS claim if needed

Custom pens and keychains are made specially for you based on:

    •    Theme

    •    Colors

    •    Characters

    •    Style tier chosen at checkout

Please note:

    •    Payment is required before we begin

    •    Exact beads/toppers may vary based on availability

    •    No returns or refunds on custom items

    •    Very detailed or complex designs may require a higher price tier

    •    If you forget to leave theme notes, we will message you

By purchasing a custom order, you agree to these terms.

⭐ Live Claim & Instagram Claim Policy

When you comment “CLAIM” on an item during a live or post:

    •    Item must be paid within 24 hours

    •    If unpaid, the item moves to the next buyer

    •    Claims are final

    •    No switching or canceling after claiming

This protects fairness for all buyers.

Accepted payment methods:

    •    Shopify checkout (debit/credit)

    •    PayPal

    •    Venmo

    •    Cash App

    •    Zelle (by request and approval only — message us)

Orders must be paid in full before shipping or pickup.

⭐ Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available in the Buckeye & Glendale AZ  area by arrangement.

Once your order is ready:

    •    We message you to schedule a pickup time

    •    If you do not pick up your order within 5 days, we will re-message you

    •    Orders not picked up within 10 days may be re-listed unless communicated

To make your pen last as long as possible:

    •    Do not twist the bead section

    •    Avoid dropping or tossing pens

    •    Store in a pouch or pencil bag

    •    Twist firmly to open pen but do not over-tighten

    •    Keep away from water or heat
