Your custom bag/purse charm will be individually designed around the character, fandom, colors, style and/or preferences discussed with Sparkles by Sisters.

Because every piece is handmade and created individually, no two custom bag charms will be exactly alike.

Please refer to the custom description included on this invoice and/or the design details discussed with Sparkles by Sisters through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or other messages.

Any element that is especially important to you should be discussed before payment so it can be noted as part of your custom request.

🎨 CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS

Custom requests are used as design guidance unless a specific detail has been expressly agreed upon as required.

Photos of previous Sparkles by Sisters creations, screenshots, inspiration photos or previously sold designs are provided for inspiration and style reference only.

Your finished charm is not guaranteed to be an exact copy of any previous piece or inspiration photo.

Beads, focals, charms, chains, ribbons, lace, hardware, tags, acrylic pieces, character pieces, colors and other components may vary depending on availability and what works best with the finished design.

Unless specifically agreed upon beforehand, final bead selection, charm placement, color balance, strand arrangement, hardware choice and overall artistic composition are at the discretion of Sparkles by Sisters.

We may make reasonable substitutions when needed to maintain the overall theme, quality and appearance of your custom.

💕 SIZE, LENGTH & LAYERING

Bag charms are handmade and may vary in:

• Overall length
• Number and size of beads
• Number and placement of charms
• Weight
• Strand length
• Chain length
• Ribbon/lace placement
• Hardware size and style

If you need your charm to be a specific length, size or weight, please discuss this with us before purchasing.

Our layered bag charms may include combinations such as:

Not every custom automatically includes every component listed above. Your invoice/custom description will determine what style and upgrades are included in your specific order.

🌟 CHARACTER & COMPONENT AVAILABILITY

Many of our specialty beads, charms, acrylics, figures and focals are purchased in limited quantities.

If a specific component becomes unavailable, damaged or unsuitable during construction, Sparkles by Sisters may substitute a coordinating item while maintaining the requested overall theme.

If an element has been specifically confirmed as a required part of your order, we will contact you before making a significant substitution.

⏳ CUSTOM CREATION & TURNAROUND

Custom orders are handmade and completed according to our current custom-order queue.

Purchasing a custom does not reserve a particular TikTok Live, day or time for your item to be made.

Customs are not guaranteed to be created during a Live, even if the order was discussed or claimed during one.

Please allow us the time needed to design, assemble, glue/cure when applicable, inspect and finish your piece properly.

Repeated requests for completion or progress updates do not change your order’s position in the queue or accelerate the turnaround time.

If specialty supplies need to be ordered, supplier or shipping delays may extend production time.

If your item is needed by a specific date, that deadline must be discussed and approved before purchase. We cannot guarantee deadlines that were not agreed to beforehand.

💎 HANDMADE = UNIQUE

Every custom is assembled by hand.

Small variations in bead placement, spacing, alignment, color, pattern, hardware positioning, ribbon placement and overall construction are normal characteristics of handmade accessories.

These variations are not considered defects.

Your finished piece may also look somewhat different in person due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

💗 FUNCTIONAL, BUT DELICATE

Our bag charms are functional decorative accessories, but they contain specialty beads, acrylics, figures, charms and other components that require appropriate care.

Please:

• Attach and remove the charm using the hardware rather than pulling on decorative pieces.
• Do not lift or carry your purse, tote or backpack by the charm.
• Avoid pulling, twisting, swinging or repeatedly tugging individual strands.
• Avoid excessive weight or pressure on dangling components.
• Keep away from water, excessive heat and harsh chemicals.
• Avoid crushing the charm beneath heavy items.
• Store carefully when not in use.

Decorative pieces may break, loosen, scratch or become damaged if dropped, pulled, caught on another object or handled roughly.

Damage caused by accidental damage, dropping, snagging, pulling, excessive weight, improper handling, modification or normal wear is not considered a workmanship defect.

🛠️ IF THERE IS A PROBLEM

We stand behind our workmanship.

If you believe there is a problem with your custom when it arrives, please contact Sparkles by Sisters promptly and provide clear photos and/or video so we can evaluate the issue.

Please do not reglue, repair, disassemble, cut, modify or alter the item before contacting us, as doing so may prevent us from determining the original cause of the issue.

Verified workmanship issues will be handled appropriately by Sparkles by Sisters.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, rough handling or customer modifications are not considered workmanship defects.

🚨 CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Custom items are created specifically for the purchaser and may require components to be selected, reserved or purchased specifically for that design.

Once materials have been purchased, reserved or work has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled simply because the customer changes their mind about the purchase, theme, color choices or design.

Custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange based solely on personal preference when the finished item reasonably reflects the theme and requests agreed upon.

A difference in artistic interpretation, bead placement or use of coordinating components is not considered a defect when the item otherwise reflects the agreed-upon custom request.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have if an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered.

If purchasing for a child, an adult is responsible for determining whether the accessory is appropriate and for supervising its use.

By paying this invoice, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your custom-order details and understand that:

• Your bag charm is handmade and will be unique.
• Inspiration photos are not guarantees of exact replication.
• Exact beads, charms and components may vary unless specifically confirmed.
• Artistic decisions not specifically agreed upon are left to Sparkles by Sisters.
• Size, length and weight may vary unless specific requirements were approved beforehand.
• Custom orders are completed according to our current queue and are not guaranteed to be made during a particular Live.
• Custom handmade accessories require gentle handling.
• Custom items are subject to the custom-order policy above.
