• Do not place the charm loose inside your purse where it can bang against other items, become tangled or be crushed.
• Be careful around car doors, seat belts, shopping carts, chairs and other places where dangling pieces can become caught or snagged.
• Avoid excessive weight or pressure on the charm.
• Keep away from water, excessive heat and harsh chemicals.
• Store carefully when not in use rather than tossing it into a purse or drawer with heavy objects.

Damage caused by pulling, snagging, crushing, dropping, improper storage, excessive weight, modification or normal wear is not considered a workmanship defect.
